Email contact@blackbooksails.com from the address you used to purchase, with the word "Refund" in the subject line. We'll process eligible requests promptly, typically within a few business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; how quickly the funds appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
This guarantee applies to the one-time purchases you make directly from Black Book Sails (such as the core product and any add-ons offered at checkout). All purchases are one-time charges — we do not run automatic recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel.
We are an information and alert service, not a travel seller. Any cruise or travel you book is purchased directly from a cruise line, travel agency, or other third party, under their own pricing and cancellation rules. We cannot refund money paid to those third parties — their refund and cancellation terms apply to those bookings.
