These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Black Book Sails website and the cruise-deal alert service (the "Service"). The Service is operated by BEOT LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Black Book Sails is an information and alert service. We surface and forward cruise deals, offers, and pricing information by email. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or seller of travel. We do not sell, book, charter, or otherwise handle any cruise, voyage, or travel product, and we do not take payment for any travel. Any booking you make happens directly with the relevant cruise line, travel agency, or third-party provider, under their own terms and prices.
Cruise deals are time-sensitive and controlled by third parties. Prices, cabins, sailings, and promotions can change or sell out at any time and without notice. We make no guarantee that any deal we mention will still be available, that any specific saving will apply, or that a particular result will be achieved. Information is provided on a best-effort basis.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are charged as one-time payments at the moment of purchase. The price and a description of what you are buying are shown before you complete payment. We do not run automatic recurring billing for the core product. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; by purchasing, you also agree to the processor's terms. Charges will appear on your statement under a descriptor associated with Black Book Sails / BEOT LLC.
Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit the deals and content we provide, and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any deal information is complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEOT LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from travel you book with a third party. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
